Open for dinner every night from 5pm to 11pm. Serves lunch on weekends from 1pm to 5pm.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is normally within 35-45 minutes.
At times, like restaurants, we do get busy, but we will let you know of any likely delays when you place your order.

 

Is there any way to get a quicker delivery?

We always try to deliver as soon as we can but we've put together our top tips for delivery:

  • Order a delivery for before 7:30 or after 9:00. It's always quieter then.
  • Order online: once you've placed your first order you can re-order it again in just a few clicks.
  • Order from as many sections as possible so that you have several chefs working on your order, not just one.
  • Order when the weather's good. We get twice as many orders when it rains or snows (no one wants to be outside then). And the bikers have to drive slower to be safe too.

 

How do I place an order?

Online
  1. Browse the menu and add your dishes to your basket.
  2. Once you've filled your basket hit 'Checkout'.
  3. If you're an unregistered customer you'll be asked for all your delivery details. If you're registered you'll be asked to confirm which address we should deliver to.
  4. We'll then ask you what delivery time you'd like you delivery – ASAP (normally within 45mins) or for a specific time.
  5. Then we ask you to choose your payment type - Cash or Credit Card. (Sorry, we don't take cheques!)
  6. You will then be given an order number and your order will be passed through to your local kitchen so they can start cooking.
  7. As a website customer you can then track your order right up to it leaves our kitchen.

 

On the phone
  1. Browse the menu and decide what you want to eat.
  2. Call our call centre on 01111 111 1111 and place your order with one of our operators.
  3. They will confirm your order and delivery details and then give you an order number.
  4. Your order will be passed through to your local kitchen so they can start cooking.
  5. If you have any questions about your order call 01111 111 1111, give them your order number and they will be happy to help you.

 

How do I find out where my order is?

On the web go to your 'my order' page to check the status of your order or call 01111 111 1111 with your order number and they can let you know.

 

Who do I call if I have a query relating to my order?

When is the call centre and customer service team available?

Our call centre is available to take orders on 01111 111 1111, 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 11:00pm and Weekends from 11:00am to 11:00pm.

Our customer service team are available to help with any queries on 0844 477 1111, 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 7:00pm to 11:30pm and weekends from 11:00am to 11.30pm.

For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from the Call Centre and customer services may be recorded or monitored.
